I bought a Premium Overlay on their website and after the purchase, I realized that some of the files received were mixed with a different language than the one I’d chosen, animated overlays and panels as well. ?? I chatted with customer reps. and they were really nice. Someone from that department reached out to me after that and he asked me what my problem was.
