DELIVERY
After the payment has been received, the customer receives an e-mail from 7starsolution.com which includes the purchased product as jpeg, png, include .zip file. The lead time is 3 to 5 working days in general after receiving the payment. These details are not binding as long as no other kind of agreement has been made.
REFUND
Since 7starsolution.com offers intangible and irrevocable goods, 7starsolution.com is not granting a refund after providing the goods. The customer has to be clear about that before purchasing the product. 7starsolution.com is only granting exceptions of this rule if the product does not match its description. A refund is depending on the case and can only be conducted if both parties agree. The time for refund claims is two weeks after the date of delivery.
Scope
This Delivery Policy applies to all digital products and design services provided by 7 Star Solution, including logos, stream overlays, emotes, sub badges, 2D/3D VTuber models, 3D rooms, Website Developments, and other custom design projects.
Delivery
Once the payment has been received, customers will receive an email confirmation containing the purchased files. Depending on the order type, the files may include JPEG, PNG, or ZIP archives with all relevant project assets.
The standard delivery time is 6 to 10 working days after receiving payment, unless another timeframe is agreed upon in writing.
Please note that this timeframe is an estimate, and complex or customized projects may require more time.
Delivery will be completed via email or a secure download link. Customers must ensure that the provided email address is correct and accessible.
Revisions & Approvals
Each project includes a limited number of revisions, as stated in your order or invoice.
Once the final files are approved and delivered, the project is considered complete and accepted.
Refunds & Exceptions
Since 7 Star Solution provides digital, intangible, and non-revocable products, all sales are final once the files have been delivered.
Customers acknowledge this before making a purchase.
However, exceptions apply if:
The delivered product does not match its description.
The file is corrupted or incomplete, and we are unable to provide a fixed version.
Refunds (if approved) are handled on a case-by-case basis and must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Refunds are only processed when both parties agree to the resolution.
Delays & Client Responsibility
Delays caused by incomplete information, late feedback, or missing project assets from the client’s side are not included in the standard delivery timeframe.
We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., server issues, communication delays, or force majeure events).
