Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

ANNULMENT
As long as the amount due has not been received within 7 working days, 7starsolution.com is entitled to declare the contract as invalid without giving any further reasons.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
The contract is becoming effective as soon as the customer has completed the purchasing process by confirming the “Order now” button. By sending the order, the customer makes a binding offer which is referring to the conclusion of a sale contract about the items which are included in the shopping cart. 7starsolution.com confirms the incoming of the order by sending out a confirmation e-mail.
BILLING
After receiving the order on 7starsolution.com, the customer will receive a bill via e-mail.

Approved or completed design projects.
Files that have already been downloaded or used.
Refund Process
To request a refund:

Include your order number, purchase date, and explanation of the issue.
We will review your request and notify you of approval or rejection within 5–7 business days.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method (less applicable processing fees).

Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order before production or design work begins. If we have shared some initial work with you and you decide not to continue with us, you may also request to cancel the order at that stage. Once work has started or files have been delivered, the order cannot be cancelled.
