I read some of the negative reviews, as I always do and here's what I honestly have to say. A little bit of patience goes a very long way. While I did not receive IMMEDIATE attention when I submitted my issue, after a couple hours my ticket was addressed. I had multiple issues along the way with an overlay package, and every single time, I sent an email with a brief comment, and a screenshot if necessary. I was promptly responded too, every time, and given an alternative or a different approach until every single issue was resolved and I had everything that I purchased functioning as it should. The customer service is fantastic, your issues will be resolved, and the quality of the content is very high. I purchased emotes, sub badges, and an overlay package, all of which met my standards and beyond. They helped me out when I bought an overlay but had to change it when I got my new logo. I had just bought a package when my new logo came in, the logo is very simple while the overlay had a lot of colors. I mailed 7starsolution to ask if I would be able to change the overlay into one that fits my logo since I had just bought it and they were very friendly with it. I found what I feel is an amazing concept to use. Great overlay format, tabs and transitioning. My 1 hang up is that you cannot change the color to suit your lighting schemes. I already have one in place...not going to lie though...I'm tempted to switch it around to integrate the overlay into my designs. The customer service was great too. Very informative, direct and concise.

So many amazing layouts and I like the Avatars you can make and they're really nice.

The purchase was simple and easy. Installing the overlays were easy. When I had some slight issues with the Alerts I simply got onto their chat team and they guided me through the Alert install process. Overall it took about 10 minutes for me to install but I'll be spending ages tweaking it! LOL The good thing is that you have the flexibility to make small changes to the layout.Would buy again later for the next new look.

If you are working to a budget you are best buying in bulk and getting the ones you find are best suited for your stream. Then as you progress just upload them.
