I read some of the negative reviews, as I always do and here's what I honestly have to say. A little bit of patience goes a very long way. While I did not receive IMMEDIATE attention when I submitted my issue, after a couple hours my ticket was addressed. I had multiple issues along the way with an overlay package, and every single time, I sent an email with a brief comment, and a screenshot if necessary. I was promptly responded too, every time, and given an alternative or a different approach until every single issue was resolved and I had everything that I purchased functioning as it should. The customer service is fantastic, your issues will be resolved, and the quality of the content is very high. I purchased emotes, sub badges, and an overlay package, all of which met my standards and beyond. Just be patient, understand that you are not the only person who requires assistance, and these wonderful people will work with you as long as it takes to make sure you are completely satisfied.
