Would not provide reissue of a theme I’d accidentally deleted, despite me telling them the exact day and amount of the transaction as well as video evidence of my using the theme. Would never deal with again.Post response edit: Why don’t you lie harder? It’s wild to see them acting concerned and helpful in their response, they were anything but when dealing with them one to one, it comes across fake as hell when you only do it when others are watching, go away with your way too little and way too late damage control. Their response to this is as far as I’m concerned false. I had an ongoing conversation about this with them via their ticket system, there was no ticket that wasn’t replied to. They wouldn’t reissue my download because I couldn’t find my order ID, never mind that I supplied evidence of my having purchased the product, including a bank statement very clearly showing the amount and date of the purchase, as well as video evidence of my using the theme – information that’s more than good enough to get a result from a company with even halfway decent customer service and records. Basically they could have been nice, offered good service and provided the product to someone providing clear evidence for having purchased it, but instead chose to be deny me on a technicality and not reissue my purchase. There’s two possibilities; either they can’t identify a transaction in their own system even with the exact amount and date it occurred on, meaning they’re hopeless, or they can and they’re simply unhelpful and rude.Below is their last ticket response to me clearly showing their claim of a ticket not being responded to is false. I would also make clear that the email I should receive with my download link wasn’t received and isn’t in my email. They also suggest I couldn’t tell them which email account was linked to the purchase, it could only have been two accounts, both of which were provided. I love how he says “You’ve received everything after your purchase, the purchase was made in November.” nice how they’re acknowledging the purchase happened and was mine, while refusing to do a simple reissue of a download link. Note that the chargeback referenced was only threatened by me when they refused to assist me. I desperately needed a new layout and design and what was offered with the broadcasting service I was using wasn’t cutting it for me so I took a chance. I found the perfect design for my brand within minutes and downloaded it.It’s not as easy as 1,2,3 but I quickly found a video on Youtube to help and it worked out pretty fast and even the questions I had got answered back pretty quickly from customer service.The Package came with all of the animated AND static overlay’s already made and files for individual components such as Alert banners, Alerts, transitional stingers, panel banners etc… But it also comes with the art with all of it’s layers that you can easily manipulate in Photoshop or whatever you’re using.Overall this was a smart purchase.

Company needs teachings with customer service and aftercare.Unfortunately had an issue with a downloaded trailer, is was not the same as the one I had edited and previewed. This was clearly an issue IT side as the preview looked fine. Contacted them not asking for a refund, but for a fix. Was told nothing they can do. I wouldn’t get a refund and that it was “that’s also not open for discussion” and then “this will also be the last reply to the case. I was then told “ Honestly, I don’t want to discuss this anymore, since we are moving in circles here. Create the trailer again and reach out to me again, I will issue a refund for the new one then” Marco- Lead Support TeamCompletely contradicting themselves when they say they don’t want to go in circles but are happy for me to go in circles instead? Overall experience amazing products, very poor aftercare and a rude customer service lead who was clearly having a bad day, as agreed by the social media team in a message they sent me asking to take down reviews ( I have proof in screenshots) Just hope nothing goes wrong with your purchase and you get someone that actually wants to help.It’s a shame your loosing a customer who has used you many of times and suggested people come to you to. Will be the complete opposite now.Update: your reply is irrelevant as I have screenshots which completely contradict what you are saying.
