I recently purchased the glitch package for my Facebook stream. Upon setting everything up on Slobs I noticed the package I bought was only twitch downloads. I reached out to 7starsolution through their chat box option and explained to them I needed it for Facebook gaming. They got right back to me and said they were taking care of it! The purchase was simple and easy. Installing the overlays were easy. When I had some slight issues with the Alerts I simply got onto their chat team and they guided me through the Alert install process. Overall it took about 10 minutes for me to install but I’ll be spending ages tweaking it! LOL The good thing is that you have the flexibility to make small changes to the layout.Would buy again later for the next new look.

I was super excited after browsing and finding an overlay that worked perfect with my brand. I paid I downloaded and that’s when the dissapointment set in. Little did I know that the social media sections were drawn into the background as was the Webcam frame. The frame was also only in a 16:9 format. I contacted 7starsolution and expressed my concern and originally asked for a refund due to these concerns not being described on their site. However they were nice enough to provide social media files and a 4:3 Webcam frame that I could move around and customize on the “blank” version of their layout. This review only gets a 4 star because of the support I received when expressing concerns. I was fully prepared to issue a complaint through PayPal to get my money back. However these guys really care about ensuring their customers are taken care of.
